Jeddah: The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) has launched a Red Sea Express service with a capacity of 6,000 TEUs that is operated by the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), connecting the Jeddah Islamic Port with key ports in Trkiye (Tekirdag, Aliaga, and Mersin), Jordan (Aqaba), and Saudi Arabia (King Abdullah in Rabigh).

According to Saudi Press Agency, this strategic move aligns with Mawani’s commitment to enhance the Kingdom’s competitiveness in investment and logistics services, solidifying its position as a global logistics hub as outlined in the National Transport and Logistics Strategy.
