Riyadh: Minister of Health Fahad Al-Jalajel yesterday received the Ambassador of the Republic of Sri Lanka to Saudi Arabia Omar Ameer Ajwad. The meeting focused on exploring collaboration opportunities in several key areas within the healthcare sector.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions between the two officials centered on enhancing cooperation in the healthcare field, addressing workforce needs, and leveraging the potential of the SEHA Virtual Hospital. Additionally, both parties expressed interest in exploring partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry, aiming to strengthen bilateral relations in these domains.
