Makkah: Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz received Iraqi Minister of Interior Lieutenant General Abdulamir Al-Shammari today at the ministry's headquarters. The meeting focused on aspects of security cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Iraq, as well as a number of issues of common interest to both nations.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Iraq's interior minister praised the efforts undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in facilitating services for pilgrims. He highlighted the capabilities provided by Saudi Arabia, which allow pilgrims to perform their rituals in a safe, easy, and tranquil manner.
