Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani participated in the 34th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Justice Ministers meeting, held in Qatar today.

The meeting discussed the extradition agreement concerning accused and convicted individuals in the GCC countries, along with the draft agreement concerning judgments, letters rogatory, and judicial notifications within the GCC.

The meeting also touched on agreements on legal and judicial cooperation in civil, commercial, personal status, and criminal matters in the GCC, as well as standardizing certain legislative principles, making them unified rules.
