Ministry of Media Announces Third Edition of Hajj Media Hub in Makkah

Makkah: Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary announced during a government press conference the organization of the third edition of the Hajj Media Hub, scheduled to take place from May 20 to 23, 2026, at the Makkah Chamber Exhibitions and Events Center. The event is a collaborative effort involving 25 entities from both the government and private sectors.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Hajj Media Hub functions as an integrated media environment designed to support media professionals in their coverage of the Hajj season. It employs interactive technologies and provides dedicated media areas to enhance reporting capabilities. The hub features multiple zones that offer a visual experience reflecting the spiritual essence of Hajj, along with professionally outfitted studios.

The upcoming edition aims to build on the achievements of its predecessors. The previous two editions attracted over 12,000 media professionals and visitors and were supported by 150 media outlets from local, regional, and international platforms. These editions resulted in the production of more than 3,000 media coverages with contributions from over 15 government and private entities.
