Riyadh: The Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) has launched the WAFD program, a flagship initiative designed to empower Saudi youth to play an active role on the international stage.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the WAFD program aims to place Saudi youth at the forefront of international engagement by enabling them to officially represent the Kingdom at major global platforms and forums. It serves as a trusted channel for young Saudis to participate in official Saudi delegations led by ministries, authorities, and other national entities.

Participants will gain intensive field experience through attendance at a range of international events, acquiring valuable expertise through high-level discussions, engaging directly with decision-makers and stakeholders, and gaining first-hand insight into real-world policymaking environments. They will also benefit from tailored training designed to strengthen their readiness for these roles.
