Riyadh: The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has made more than 70 digital services available through the Tawakkalna application, enabling individuals, establishments, and investors to complete municipal, housing, and real estate procedures via a unified digital channel.

According to Saudi Press Agency, services include issuing and managing commercial licenses, health certificates, building permits, and occupancy certificates. Beneficiaries can also book appointments, calculate municipal fees, and submit objections.

In the housing and real estate track, services include verifying eligibility for housing support, inquiring about Sakani reservations, and using the real estate finance calculator.

The initiative reflects the ministry's commitment to expanding its digital service channels and streamlining transactions for all users through a single platform.
