Riyadh: The Muslim World League (MWL) expressed its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to safeguard its security and stability, reaffirming its firm rejection of any actions that may infringe upon its sovereignty or threaten its national unity.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MWL General Secretariat issued a statement in which Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa affirmed the league's full solidarity with the leadership and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The statement emphasized support for all measures taken to confront sedition and counter foreign interference, while ensuring the preservation of Bahrain's security, stability, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
