Riyadh: The Muslim World League (MWL) has strongly condemned the Houthi terrorist militia's continued aggression against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including a drone attack targeting Taif Governorate that killed a Yemeni resident, injured a female citizen and a Pakistani resident who remains in critical condition, and caused material damage to several buildings and vehicles from shrapnel released when the drone was intercepted and destroyed.
According to Saudi Press Agency, MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa reiterated condemnation of these terrorist attacks, which violate religious values as well as international and humanitarian laws and norms, underscoring the militia's deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian assets.
Al-Issa reaffirmed full solidarity with the Kingdom regarding all measures taken to deter aggression and safeguard its security and the safety of its citizens and residents. He prayed to Allah Almighty to protect the Kingdom, its leadership, and people from all harm.
