Naseej Innovation Lab Highlights Knowledge-to-Market Model at LEAP 2026

Riyadh: Naseej Innovation Lab showcased its model for bridging scientific research and market demands at LEAP 2026, highlighting how it converts knowledge and emerging technologies into competitive, scalable products.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Naseej Innovation Lab head Dr. Ahmed Alhusayni said the lab moves innovation from theoretical experimentation to market-ready solutions that address sector-specific challenges faced by Naseej and its MEDAD Cloud Platform. He noted that innovation success is measured by concrete impact, whether by refining existing offerings, boosting operational efficiency, or unlocking new revenue streams.

Alhusayni added that the lab uses a methodology centered on developing prototypes, validating their technical and market viability, and integrating them into final products. This structured process mitigates investment risks, accelerates time to market, and advances local technical capabilities, with a particular emphasis on enriching Arabic content and data standards.

The lab focuses on enhancing product competitiveness by evaluating artificial intelligence models and transferring technical know-how to engineering teams. By partnering with universities and researchers, the facility continues to cultivate an applied innovation ecosystem aligned with the Kingdom's transition toward an innovation-driven economy.
