NDMC Concludes June 2026 Issuance of SAR-Denominated Sukuk Program

Riyadh: The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the closure of the June 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated for this issuance was set at SAR10.576 billion.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the issuance was structured into six tranches. The first tranche, amounting to SAR4.697 billion, is set to mature in 2029. The second tranche, with an amount of SAR2.121 billion, will mature in 2031. The third tranche consists of SAR1.022 billion and will come due in 2033. The fourth tranche is valued at SAR1.645 billion and has a maturity date in 2036. The fifth tranche, amounting to SAR321 million, will mature in 2039. Lastly, the sixth tranche, valued at SAR770 million, is scheduled to mature in 2041.
