NDMC Finalizes April 2026 Sukuk Issuance Under Saudi Government Program

Riyadh: The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the closure of the April 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated was set at SAR16.946 billion.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche amounted to SAR563 million, maturing in 2031. The second tranche amounted to SAR3.030 billion, maturing in 2033. The third tranche amounted to SAR5.668 billion, maturing in 2036. The fourth tranche amounted to SAR2.005 billion, maturing in 2039. The fifth tranche amounted to SAR5.680 billion, maturing in 2041. Figures were rounded to the nearest decimal point.
