According to Saudi Press Agency, This accomplishment follows NHC’s announcement last May at the Real Estate Supply Chain Forum 2024, where it launched multiple strategic local and international partnerships to bolster local content. These initiatives support local factories, establish industrial and logistical zones, and implement unified procurement agreements for NHC projects, resulting in high-quality, competitively priced products delivered quickly to the market.

Additionally, NHC has introduced a dedicated supply chain platform, enabling its partners-including develop
ers and contractors-to procure goods at preferential rates from local factories committed to industry localization within designated zones. Since the platform’s inception in 2023, transactions have exceeded SAR2 billion, highlighting the program’s economic impact and solidifying NHC’s position as a leader in advancing the supply and procurement sector.
