Nusuk Care Centers Provide Over 99,000 Services to Pilgrims

Makkah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, through Nusuk Care centers, provided more than 99,000 services to pilgrims from Dhu Al-Qidah 1 to 27, as part of a field network that provides guidance and direct support and responds to pilgrims' needs wherever they are, in 11 international languages in addition to sign language.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Nusuk Care network operates around the clock through 38 centers strategically located to serve pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and the holy sites. More than 160 additional sites offer several field initiatives, including the "Ask Me" initiative, using qualified personnel and supporting technologies to help reach pilgrims quickly wherever they are.

These efforts are part of an integrated field network through which the ministry is working to improve service quality, speed up responses, and enable pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
