OIC General Secretariat Condemns Fatal Kabul Blast

KABUL: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) General Secretariat has issued a condemnation of the deadly blast that occurred in Kabul, Afghanistan, resulting in the death of the acting minister for refugees and repatriation, along with several others. The attack has drawn international concern over the ongoing security challenges in Afghanistan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the OIC General Secretariat expressed dismay at the attack, urging for those responsible to be brought to justice. The organization highlighted that the security environment in Afghanistan has seen improvements over the past two years. However, it emphasized that attacks such as this one continue to pose a significant threat to the stability and safety of Afghan society. In light of these events, the OIC called for increased efforts to eliminate terrorist groups that jeopardize peace and security in the country.
