As part of its efforts to improve the urban landscape, in the third quarter of 2024, the Eastern Region Municipality carried out repair works on 11,463,217 square meters of parks and green areas, planted 1,225,205 trees and flowers, removed 634,340 cubic meters of construction and demolition waste, painted 264,855 linear meters of sidewalks, and repaired 290,186 square meters of potholes, 84,497 square meters of damaged sidewalks, 626 lighting poles, 581 signboards, and 344 electric transformers.
