Madinah:Pakistan has expressed strong condemnation of the Houthi militia's attack on the Taibah electricity distribution station in Madinah, emphasizing its unwavering solidarity with Saudi Arabia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement asserting the attack as a dangerous provocation, particularly distressing for Muslims worldwide due to its targeting of a civilian facility that supplies electricity to the Prophet's Mosque. The ministry highlighted the necessity of respecting the sanctity of the Two Holy Mosques to ensure the safety of worshippers, pilgrims, and visitors.

Pakistan called for an immediate and unconditional halt to such hostile acts, which threaten regional peace and stability. The country affirmed its commitment to standing with Saudi Arabia in defense of its people, holy sites, and sovereignty, and pledged ongoing support for efforts aimed at achieving lasting regional security.
