Public Security Showcases AI-Enabled Winged Drone for Advanced Security Surveillance at LEAP 2026

Riyadh: The General Directorate of Public Security is showcasing an AI-enabled winged drone at the Ministry of Interior's pavilion at LEAP 2026. The aircraft is among the latest technologies used for security monitoring and surveillance, supporting faster response and more effective decision-making.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the drone can fly for up to three hours and has a range of 110 kilometers. It is equipped with a thermal night-vision camera capable of operating in various weather conditions.

Using AI algorithms, the aircraft transmits real-time field imagery to operations rooms and monitoring centers, allowing personnel to track developments and respond more quickly.
