Rain and Dust-Stirring Winds Expected Across Saudi Regions

Riyadh: Rain is anticipated to fall in portions of the highlands of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions on Saturday. Dust-stirring winds are expected to affect these regions, as well as parts of Madinah, Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, and Eastern regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 15-37 km/h in the northern and central parts, and westerly to northwesterly at speeds of 10-25 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights may range from half a meter to one and a half meters, indicating relatively calm sea conditions.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds are expected to be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 20-40 km/h. Wave heights in the Gulf may reach from one to two meters, with the sea remaining relatively calm.
