Once the registration period ends, applications will be reviewed against the approved eligibility criteria. An electronic random draw will then be conducted among those who meet the requirements. Selected applicants will be announced on September 14 and notified through the contact details linked to their accounts, with a specified period to complete their ticket purchases.

Registering interest does not constitute a ticket reservation or guarantee a ticket, as the number of registrants may exceed the number of available seats. Ticket purchases are subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions, with Visa cardholders given priority to purchase tickets under the designated mechanism.

The service is part of the Local Organizing Committee's efforts to improve the ticket-buying experience and manage public demand for the tournament through a clear and organized process. It is one of the experiences offered through the Ahlan app, which is being developed as a digital companion for fans attending the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027. The app brings together services and information related to their tournament journey in one place. The current version is a trial version, with services gradually expanding in preparation for the tournament.

Saudi Arabia will host the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 from January 7 to February 5, 2027, with 24 national teams competing in 51 matches in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar.
