Riyadh: Riyadh Municipality welcomed more than 65,000 citizens and residents who gathered to cheer on the national team during its 2026 FIFA World Cup journey, as part of an initiative to provide fully equipped viewing venues across the capital and its governorates. According to Saudi Press Agency, viewing locations included Madinaty offices, Riyadh Oases, public parks, and municipal theaters, prepared to receive the public for the national team's matches, creating a stadium-like atmosphere that reflected community passion and support. The municipality continues to implement community programs that enhance the quality of life and stimulate community participation in alignment with its vision for a prosperous and sustainable Riyadh.
