Port Sudan:The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched the Saudi Noor Volunteer Program to combat blindness and eye diseases in Port Sudan, Sudan, with the help of four volunteers from various specialties.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program was implemented in cooperation with the Al Basar International Foundation. The volunteer medical team has successfully examined 2,240 individuals and performed 210 surgical procedures. Additionally, they distributed 600 pairs of prescription eyeglasses to those in need.

This initiative is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts, executed through KSrelief, aimed at supporting the healthcare sector and alleviating suffering in Sudan.
