SCFPA and KSU Forge Strategic Partnership Through Memorandum of Cooperation.

RIYADH: The General Court of Audit’s (GCA’s) Saudi Center for Financial and Performance Auditing (SCFPA) and King Saud University (KSU) yesterday signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) to share expertise, methodologies, and build specialized capabilities in accounting and auditing. The signing ceremony took place at the GCA headquarters in Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoC aims to build a strategic partnership between the two parties. Key areas of collaboration include sharing experiences and methodologies, providing specialized programs, and developing human capital.

The SCFPA was represented at the signing ceremony by GCA Executive Deputy for Shared Services and SCFPA Director-General Tariq Aljuraifani. KSU was represented by the acting president Prof. Dr. Abdullah Alsalman.

Through the memorandum, SCFPA aims to enhance its work in developing the capabilities, knowledge, and professional skills of GCA employees and employees of audited entities in accounting, financial auditing, and p
erformance auditing. SCFPA also seeks to manage quality knowledge in these fields, provide research and consulting services, and strengthen community partnerships at the local and international levels.

The university also aims to achieve its objectives by providing opportunities for outstanding students to gain practical experience through cooperative training programs in specialized fields. Additionally, the university seeks to enhance the capabilities of its employees in accounting, auditing, and review, and to foster social responsibility by identifying and supporting talented individuals.
