Security Patrols in Makkah Arrest Resident for Promoting Fake Hajj Campaigns

Makkah: Security patrols in Makkah arrested an Indonesian resident for committing fraud by publishing misleading advertisements offering fake Hajj services through social media platforms. The individual was detained, legal procedures were taken against him, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Public Security urged everyone to comply with Hajj regulations and instructions and to report violators by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region, and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom.
