Seventh Regions Bowling Championship Kicks Off in Jeddah

Jeddah: The seventh regions bowling championship, organized by the Saudi Bowling Federation, kicked off yesterday in Jeddah at Bowling City, with broad participation from top male and female players of various nationalities, reflecting the growing presence of the sport at both local and international levels.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the opening day featured women's competitions, where Nina Rivera of the Philippines claimed first place, followed by fellow Filipino player Yaqru in second place, while Amani Al-Ghamdi secured third place, marking a notable Saudi presence on the podium.

The championship runs from April 19 to 21, with men's competitions on April 20 and 21 across two groups, featuring 64 players, alongside 26 female participants in the women's category.
