The Council of Ministers authorized the National Security Adviser to sign a memorandum of understanding on security cooperation between Iraq and Iran. The Council decided, in its session held today, Tuesday, to oblige the Customs Authority to enter materials related to the population census, and to increase the reserve amounts and total costs for a number of projects in Mosul and Baghdad.
