Sudan: Sudanese pilgrim Adam Ishaq never imagined that his Hajj journey, delayed for years due to a tragic traffic accident, would finally become a reality through a generous invitation to perform Hajj as part of the Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance.

According to Saudi Press Agency, standing before the Holy Kaaba with one eye, 66-year-old Adam Ishaq recalled years of hardship after losing his eye in a traffic accident while working as a bus driver between Sennar State and the Sudanese capital, Khartoum. His story reflects both suffering and the joy of fulfilling a lifelong dream.

He explained that the accident, which occurred years ago, resulted in the loss of one of his eyes and forced him to stop working. Despite health and financial challenges, he said he never lost hope of fulfilling his greatest wish of performing Hajj.

He noted that the warm reception, excellent organization, and comprehensive services he experienced upon arriving in the Kingdom reflected the great care Saudi Arabia devotes to pilgrims. He added that the program presents a humanitarian model embodying the wise leadership's care for Muslims around the world.

'We have experienced exceptional care and attention since our arrival. All services are provided to pilgrims with ease and comfort, reflecting the Kingdom's tremendous efforts in serving Islam and Muslims,' he said.

In conclusion, Adam Ishaq expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Saudi leadership for the generous gesture. He prayed to Allah Almighty to reward them abundantly and preserve the Kingdom's security and stability.
