The Minister of Immigration, Evan Faiq Jabro, discussed today, Sunday, with the Australian Ambassador, the file of supporting displaced women who are breadwinners for their families with income-generating projects, in addition to addressing the file of components in Iraq and the need to provide capabilities to support women.

The Ministry of Immigration said in a statement, “The Minister of Immigration received the Australian Ambassador to Iraq, Paula Canley, and her accompanying delegation, at the ministry’s headquarters in the center of the capital, Baghdad.

The statement added, “During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance prospects for cooperation in all fields.
