Police Patrols in Fifa Governorate, Jazan region, have arrested a Pakistani resident in possession of 101 kilograms of khat hidden in his vehicle. The individual was arrested and referred to the pertinent authority.

Security authorities call on citizens and expatriates to inform of any attempt to smuggle or sell drugs by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, 999 in the rest of the regions, GDNC at 995 or via e-mail at 995@gdnc.gov.sa. They also stressed that any such information will be treated confidentially.
