Jeddah: Thunderstorms are forecasted to impact parts of the highlands of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah regions, while gusty winds and blowing dust will affect the coastal parts of these areas, as well as regions such as Eastern, Riyadh, Tabuk, and Madinah.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has issued these weather predictions for Tuesday, highlighting the varied conditions across the country.
In terms of marine conditions, winds over the Red Sea are anticipated to be northerly to northwesterly with speeds ranging from 15-40 km/h. The wave height is expected to vary between half a meter to one and a half meters, indicating a slight to moderate sea state.
The Arabian Gulf will experience a different wind pattern, with northwesterly to northerly winds at speeds of 15-42 km/h in the northern and central parts and southwesterly to westerly winds at speeds of 10-36 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights are expected to be between one to two meters, resulting in moderate sea conditions.
