The DGCD also called for adhering to the instructions announced through various media outlets and social networking sites due to the continued thunderstorms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s regions until Monday.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the DGCD stated that the Makkah region, including the Holy City, Jeddah, Al-Jumum, Al-Kamil, Al-Kharmah, Turabah, Raniyah, Al-Muwayh, Al-Qunfudhah, Al-Laith, Taif, Maysan, Adham, Al-Ardiyat, Bahra, Khulais, and Rabigh, would be affected by moderate to heavy rains, leading to torrential rains, hail, and dust-stirring winds.
DGCD said the Riyadh region will be affected by moderate to heavy rains, including Afif, Al-Quwayiyah, Al-Dawadmi, Az-Zulfi, Al-Ghat, Shaqra, Thadiq, Marat, Al-Majma’ah, and Rimah, and light to modera
te rains in the capital Riyadh, Hawtah Bani Tamim, Al-Hariq, Al-Muzahmiyyya, Al-Kharj, Harimla, Ad-Diriyah, and Dharma.
The DGCD indicated that moderate to heavy rains will affect the regions of Madinah, Hail, Al-Qassim, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, the Eastern Region, Al-Baha, Aseer, and Jazan.
