The Tourism Development Fund (TDF) has acquired the ISO/IEC 20000 Certification in Information Technology Service Management, issued by the International Organization for Standardization.
“This certificate comes in light of the successes achieved by TDF in raising the efficiency of its services, due to its adherence to international standards and specifications, and its keenness to develop the tourism sector and enable its digitization, in line with the digital transformation, which is one of the main objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030,” CEO of TDF Qusai Al-Fakhri said.
