Riyadh: The Transport General Authority (TGA) has announced the issuance of the Executive Regulations for the Commercial Transportation of Goods via Motorcycles, transitioning the activity from a regulatory sandbox to a formal regulatory framework.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this significant development reflects the sector's maturity and establishes a clear operational foundation, supporting the expanding delivery services industry.
