This October, the skies of the Northern Border region were further enriched by the appearance of comet Tsuchinshan (A3). The comet was observed on October 19, 2024, in Wadi Arar; it was easily visible to the naked eye. The Northern Border region's low light pollution levels make it an ideal location for astronomers and astrophotographers to observe celestial phenomena and the movements of planets and stars.
