This achievement underscores the Kingdom’s leadership in providing postal services and logistical capabilities and in achieving sustainable postal development goals.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the award highlights SPL’s commitment to international security standards through the secure handling and transportation of mail shipments, along with all the logistical stages that parcels undergo, thereby enhancing its competitive capabilities both lo

Among the most important of these requirements are ensuring the safety of postal operations, the health and safety of employees and customers, and evaluating and managing risks to guarantee a safe and sustainable working environment. All operational processes, buildings, systems, and equipment used in handling mail shipments were examined, along with an assessment of the security monitoring operations at the logistics exchange centre.

The attainment of the gold level certification in postal security standards by SPL is a high-level recognition for all employees and a culmination of their diligent efforts towards implementing the procedures necessary to obtain accreditation for compliance with the UPU’s security standards S58 and S59.
