Kuwait City: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji met today with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bahram Aliyev. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Fourth High-Level Conference on the Dushanbe Process, held in the State of Kuwait.
