Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabij, stressed parliamentary cooperation.

Al-Halbousi's office said in a statement: "The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, the importance of enhancing cooperation in the fields of education, health and agriculture, and an emphasis on parliamentary cooperation and bilateral coordination on issues of common interest."

The meeting also discussed the issue of Iraqi antiquities, and the importance of resolving the issue of returning antiquities that were seized by the Serbian authorities during an attempt to smuggle them through its territory.
