Coalition Joint Forces Command: 11 Civilians Injured in Najran Region Following Houthi Terrorist Attacks

Riyadh: 11 civilians were injured in the Najran region following terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia, according to a statement by the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen. Major General Turki Al-Malki, the official spokesperson, reported that the injured include seven Saudi nationals, a woman, and a four-year-old child who suffered second-degree burns. Additionally, one Yemeni, two Egyptian, and one Pakistani expatriate were affected by the attacks on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Houthi militia executed the attacks through indiscriminate shelling against civilian targets, violating Customary International Humanitarian Law by deliberately targeting civilians and civilian structures. The Joint Forces Command of the Coalition has emphasized its commitment to taking all necessary deterrent actions to protect civilians from such terrorist aggressions.
