Kuala lumpur: The General Presidency of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (CPVPV) is leveraging technological capabilities to serve pilgrims through digital awareness services by implementing a range of technical initiatives, projects, and programs aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided during the Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the CPVPV places strong emphasis on testing and evaluating technical service systems before launch in accordance with the highest quality standards and approved cybersecurity controls. These efforts ensure system efficiency, the safety of digital services, and effective technical monitoring and follow-up throughout the Hajj season.

Follow-up efforts also include field visits to operational sites to verify the readiness and uninterrupted performance of technical services with high reliability and efficiency while addressing observations immediately to ensure service continuity.
