Riyadh:Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Alfadley will preside over the launch of the Middle East Poultry Expo 2026, taking place from October 4 to 6 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The event is themed "Innovating Today... Producing Tomorrow." According to Saudi Press Agency, the fifth edition of the exhibition will feature participation from 400 companies and entities representing 45 countries. It is expected to draw over 16,000 industry professionals, both from within the Kingdom and internationally. On the first day, the exhibition will honor recipients of the inaugural "Poultry Industry Excellence Award." This initiative aims to recognize excellence in the sector, celebrating pioneers and organizations that have contributed to enhancing efficiency, competitiveness, and supporting national food security goals. The event spans 20,000 square meters and will include local and international companies specializing in poultry, feed, animal health and nutr ition, and related technologies. Notably, 18 percent of the exhibitors are participating for the first time, indicating growing interest in Saudi Arabia's market and investment prospects in the sector. The exhibition serves as a specialized trade platform, aiming to unite investors, producers, suppliers, and global companies. It seeks to open new investment opportunities, strengthen partnerships, support supply chains, and showcase the latest innovations in poultry and related fields. The fifth edition arrives amid ongoing growth in the Kingdom's poultry sector, supported by efforts from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in collaboration with the private sector. These initiatives aim to enhance production efficiency, boost investment, and develop supply chains, reinforcing food security and contributing to Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
