Riyadh: Red Sea Global (RSG), the regenerative tourism developer, has announced the opening of Rosewood AMAALA, a luxury resort located at Triple Bay on Saudi Arabia's northwestern Red Sea coast. The opening marks another milestone in the company's strategy to establish AMAALA as the Kingdom's flagship wellness destination. According to Saudi Press Agency, Group CEO of Red Sea Global John Pagano stated that Rosewood AMAALA enhances the destination's status as a world-class wellness hub by integrating Rosewood's unique approach to luxury hospitality with personalized well-being experiences. The resort, along with other wellness operators and hospitality partners, aims to offer an array of experiences for guests seeking restorative and immersive stays along the Red Sea coast. The resort, inspired by the natural beauty of the Red Sea and the mountains of Tabuk, has been thoughtfully designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV) to blend into the landscape. It features contemporary Arabian design and provid es restorative well-being experiences rooted in nature, culture, and a strong sense of place. Spanning approximately 40 hectares, Rosewood AMAALA includes 110 keys arranged in clusters within green sanctuaries. The pavilions, suites, and villas offer private swimming pools and shared resort pools, with indoor-outdoor living spaces that ensure privacy and tranquility. Notably, the resort boasts two natural rock pools set along the Red Sea coast. The resort's spa covers 2,100 square meters and includes six treatment rooms, a double suite, and gender-specific wet areas with saunas and steam rooms. Additionally, there are two fitness centers equipped with Technogym Artis, along with studios for yoga and movement. Guests can choose from eight culinary options throughout the resort, offering a variety of dining experiences. These range from relaxed Mediterranean dining and modern grill concepts to lounges and poolside bars serving fresh refreshments and light dishes all day. For families, the resort provides th e Rosewood Explorers kids' club and other children's recreational facilities. The resort is complemented by Rosewood Residences AMAALA, which offers an exclusive collection of 26 branded residences, featuring three- to five-bedroom villas with interiors designed by Tristan Auer. In line with sustainability goals, Rosewood AMAALA and the entire destination will be fully powered by solar energy. Additionally, the destination aims to achieve a 30% net conservation gain by 2040. Rosewood AMAALA is the third resort to open at AMAALA Triple Bay, marking a significant milestone in the destination's phased development. In the coming months, five more resorts, alongside branded residences, integrated wellness facilities, a marina, curated retail, a marine life experiential institute, and destination dining, will expand the destination's offerings.
