Environment Ministry Launches Digital Screens at South Makkah Slaughterhouses for Hajj Services

Makkah: The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in Makkah Region has activated informational digital display screens for services provided at the south Makkah slaughterhouses, aiming to enhance awareness of electronic services and facilitate access to them during the 1447 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative is designed to introduce pilgrims and citizens to the ministry's electronic services and digital platforms, facilitating procedures, reducing time and effort, and improving the beneficiary experience by providing information and digital services directly and quickly within service locations.

The digital screens display direct communication channels with the ministry and provide introductions to available electronic services and methods for benefiting from them. This initiative is part of supporting the digital transformation journey and improving the efficiency of services provided, in line with technological development and enhancing performance quality during the Hajj season.
