The Basra Police arrested five persons accused of drug trafficking in separate areas of the governorate.
The media of the Basra Governorate Police Command stated that “the Basra Crime Control Directorate managed to arrest three suspects and seize a narcotic substance estimated at 100 grams of crystal and weapons.”
It added, “Two other suspects who traded narcotic pills were arrested, and 1,500 narcotic pills were found in their possession.
